1. Information we collect
To process your consulting request, NanoBox collects: contact name, organisation, email, phone, location, project type / site / size / budget / timing, message, and attachments.
2. Purpose
(1) Replying with quotations and consulting; (2) coordinating installation and design; (3) providing after-sales service; (4) improving our services through aggregate analysis. Marketing use requires separate consent.
3. Retention
Consulting-request data is retained for 3 years after closure (per Korean e-commerce law). Contract-related records follow the retention period required by applicable law.
4. Third-party sharing
We do not share personal data with third parties without consent. When installation partners are required, we share only the minimum information necessary, with prior consent.
5. Processors
We use Resend (email), Supabase (data storage), and Vercel (hosting). All processors apply standard security controls (TLS, encryption at rest, access control).
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or processing restriction at any time. Please send requests to the contact below.
7. Cookies & logs
The site uses no cookies beyond anonymous analytics. When the consulting form is submitted, IP and User-Agent are temporarily retained for spam prevention.
