1. Purpose
These Terms govern your use of the NanoBox website and consulting- request service operated by Jinjinma Co., Ltd. ("Company").
2. Scope of service
The site provides project case information, solution descriptions, and consulting-request intake. Actual installation, content production, or rental contracts are concluded through separate agreements.
3. Intellectual property
All content (project photos, videos, text, design, logos) is owned by the Company or its rightful licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.
4. User obligations
Users must submit accurate information in consulting requests. Submitting false or third-party information, spam, or malicious automation is prohibited.
5. Limitation of liability
Information on this site is general guidance. Specific installation results and performance vary by site conditions. The Company is not liable for damages from use of the information without prior consultation.
6. Changes
We may modify these Terms; any changes will be announced on the website at least 7 days before effective date.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court where the Company's head office is located.
